Realistically, the road to success is always under construction. While it is likely to remain so, it still serves you a great deal when you endeavor to construct each mile with due diligence. Likewise, a career graph with its several dimensions and infinitely expansive planes offer unlimited scope for advancement and diversification.

While a few options are obvious, the rest remains obscure. It may also happen that you are fairly aware of where you wish to head to but unsure of the ways that precisely lead to that destination. Additionally, there may be several routes; several factors may lead to the complication of making a choice—your abilities, constraints, and the market.

The admission procedure of foreign business schools such as HBS, INSEAD, LBS, etc., and that of the ISB, the Executive Management Programs of IIMs, comprises all or most of the following: personal interview, elaborate application, essays on given topics, statement of purpose (SOP), resume, and recommendation letters.

We understand that a stupendous performance in each of the forenamed mandates the possession of different skillsets.

Keeping the above in mind, Partha PD has carefully designed Ivyspace to create a self-propelling and a self-nurturing you as we intend to create a transformation that lasts. The coursework includes, but is not limited to

1) Mock personal interviews tailored in accordance with the pattern expected at the business school applied to, followed by detailed feedback on performance; and

2) Exhaustive editing and review of application, essays, SOP, resume, and recommendation letters.

What People Say

An enviable test score, an impeccable academic record and a couple of years of work experience or, sometimes, even the lack of it, suffice in fetching an interview call from almost all elite business schools. However, success in securing admission offers, from thereon, depends almost exclusively on one’s personality, conduct in personal interview (PI) and group discussion (GD), and performance in written ability test (WAT). While it may seem that the skills needed to outperform rivals in PI or GD or WAT are not intricately interlinked, a careful scrutiny would reveal that all of these are driven by one’s attitude, thought process, creativity, and above all, personality.

To most, cultivating an attitude, building a thought-process, internalizing creativity, and developing personality may appear to be more of a myth than reality. However, at Partha PD, we have discovered for ourselves that it is entirely possible to chisel one’s personality and fine-tune one’s ability to think creatively.
